Well Bahamut for one... Now that I think about it, he was really the only one of my high-ups that was present... most of the other deities I like are relatively minor, and didn't seem to be present. EDIT: Now that I found his nameplate... why the heck was Hercules using a BOW in Strip 98?

That was actually Hercules' iconic throughout most of the original mythology, when he wasn't just fighting barehanded. The draw-weight was so huge on the thing he was the only one who could fire it. But anyway... like the in the hyrdra story, for example, he killed it with arrows and then then later coated all his arrows in its poison. (Which didn't work out so well a lot later on, as he accidentally killed several people with them)

Just thought you should know . . .
Good job. The story flows well, good mix of comedy. Your art style has improved from the start and despite its simplicity, gets the story across. Good use of the planescape setting and I love the Aoskar/Lady of Pain/Other chick circle of three thing. Although I don't know about the LOP aiming to destro all, I have to admit, its a great idea.
Love the RP inside humor, references. All campaigns have had a Tommy.
Here's a suggestion/question. Since the LOP is opposed to life how do you explain the dabus (or is it dabusses?). Answer - they are merely extensions of the LOP's thoughts and desires. That explains Fell, the lone worshipper of Aoskar. He is the LOP's love for Aoskar that she turned her back on when she killed him as in episode 100.
Please keep up the good work. This post is in the hopes that you do.

Thanks man :-D
So far as the dabus go, I like your theory, but I had worked out one of my own before. This one was articulated by Dolrak when he drugged Grull (http://planescapecomic.com/84.html). The dabus, and other native planar lifeforms, represent the Lady's own plan for life. Life without a will of its own that would live out their existences in a fated enviornment, almost as if they weren't alive at all. It is the chaos that free-willed life brings that the Lady hates so much.
Fell is like other native Planars, who, "corrupted" by mortal life, gained a free will of his own. The reason the Lady doesn't kill him is akin to your explanation for his existence.

Hi! Been reading for a while, and I like the setting and your take on Planescape (except your Lady of Pain, but only because I like my Pain-Ladies to maintain their mystery). I did have a few nits to pick, however: The concept of Planar Alignment Shifting, if I'm not mistaken, is applied to gate-towns, which are poised on the edge of the neutrality of the Outlands and their corresponding plane. When the denizens of a town become enough like their neighbouring plane, the town does indeed merge with that plane. However, since the heroes et al were in the middle of a layer (Oinos?) of the Gray Waste, this wouldn't apply to them, canonically. My rationalization? Planar shifting just hasn't been relevant to the vast planes themselves, since the denizens are so varied and numerous that they would never be shifted. Assuming the Nothing consumed the entirety of the layer, the small amount of survivors could shift, as they reflected even fewer numbers than those of the gate-towns. This leads to another problem: The Gray Waste is not adjacent to Arborea. Carceri, Gehenna and the Outlands are its only adjacent planes. However, Mount Olympus connects to Pluton (the third layer of the Gray Waste), which may explain (albeit weakly) why the group ended up in Arborea (thinking good thoughts should have landed them in the Outlands). The third, and final issue may just be a misprint. Winnie refers to the petitioner as "cursed to the Abyss", which is actually the chaotic evil-aligned plane, not synonymous with the Gray Waste. I'd have thought it a misprint if Jerak didn't refer to it the same way. If the petitioner is indeed in the Abyss, I don't understand why he is relevant to their escape. These just bother me a bit because they don't match up with Planescape source material, as far as I know. But then, neither does your Lady of Pain, which is obviously intentional. I'd just like to know if these are also intentional, and if not, let you know about inconsistencies. Anyway, thanks for the comic. I look forward to reading more!

Hey, thanks for reading! I'll see if I can clear a few things up... They left the Gray Waste for the Abyss between Eps 92 and 93, (http://planescapecomic.com/93.html) explained in dialog, but I can see where you might have missed it. To sum up, they used the Gateless Teleport power of the Aoskar gem, but were followed by Lord Dolrak, who used the Tome of Aoskar to trace the temporary portal. Planar shifting does apply to more than just Gate Towns, and is actually the reasoning behind the Blood War. Both Baatezu and Tanar'ri attempt to capture as much territory as possible and repopulate cities in order to cause them to shift one plane over. The rationale is that they can unite the entirety of the Lower Planes under one evil alignment. Usually, though, it only applies to small areas. You're exactly right as far as numbers go. The group of them were the only things left on the top layer of the Abyss, ergo, their belief holds a lot of weight. I will be addressing the details of their final escape soon, just to clear it all up Also, as far as the distance shifted goes, you're generally right, but Planes also don't usually experience drastic shifts in alignment all at once, more usually it's a more subtle change, from really chaotic to almost neutral, for example. In the case of a more extreme shift, they would (at least in interpretation) be catapulted to the nearest matching destination. On the last one, the Petitioner is indeed in the Abyss, along with all of them. Sorry to be confusing on that. Thanks again for reading! ;D

great comic. Better than some printed comics out there. (although I haven't seen all that much). I like how it uses the background of Planescape torment. Maybe the heroes will come across the "unamed One" someday?
Explanation for Lady of Pain and Aoskar fits in nicely. Glad the comic didn't spend hardly any time with the dustmen and the mausoleum(too much time in the game), but instead explored the other interesting parts of Planescape.
Thanks for the comic, and best of luck.

My two cents:
Overall, the new page looks great! First-panel Milny is in really good proportion. And imagining a bloodied-and-battered Youngest just staring at her throughout her little story makes me laugh.
Zeus hitting on Milny = classic. "My wife really doesn't mind."
It would be an impressive experience for a priest to meet his god, I imagine. DOM's handling it pretty well.
My beef is with Elera. Her waist is the size of her neck! It's frightening. She's lovely from the chest up, though.
Art-wise, I like the layout of the panels on a black background, especially the space it leaves for more dialogue-heavy parts. You've also got a pretty good range of male body types, and it'd be nice to see that with the ladies, like, in the chest area. Something below a C-cup would break things up a bit. In general, I do enjoy seeing the overall improvement with each update.
Story-wise, I love where this is going. Keep it up!

Thanks man... and good point on Elera, there. I drew her initially and then got going on the background and never really came back to look at in perspective. The perspective that she'd snap off at the waist! So I added some inches. Might still be a little off... but these are comic-book proportions! ;-)
Fiddling with the female proportions is a bit of a challenge for me... whenever I've tried to make smaller cup sizes (as with my initial Milny's) things ended up looking really weird. I think it has do with placement, but only practice will tell. Guess I should add some background characters in a scene to attempt that...
